Admas Hub ("the app") helps you discover and book appointments at beauty salons. This page explains what information we collect when you use the app, how we use it, and how you can request that it be deleted.

Information we collect

When you register and use Admas Hub, we collect:

• Your name, as you enter it when creating your profile
• Your phone number, which we use to identify your account
• Loyalty points you earn at each salon you visit through the app
• Favorite salons you save for quick access
• Booking history, including which salons you've booked appointments with and when

We do not collect photos, camera access, or precise location data. Salon photos shown in the app are provided by salon owners from their own social media links, not uploaded by users.

How we use your information

We use the information above only to operate the app's core features:

• Identifying your account and keeping your booking history
• Tracking and displaying your loyalty points at each salon
• Showing your saved favorite salons
• Letting salon staff see and manage bookings made through the app

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How your information is stored

Your information is stored securely using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), a widely used cloud database service. Access to this data is restricted so that only you and the salons you interact with can see relevant parts of it.

Deleting your account

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data (name, loyalty points, favorites, and booking history) at any time, in either of two ways:

• From within the app, using the menu option "Delete My Account"
• Through our web form at adama-beauty-hub-944eb.web.app/delete-account.html — available even if you've already uninstalled the app

Deletion requests are processed within 48 hours.

Children's privacy

Admas Hub is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
